This website provides information about MYCITY and the MYCITY Happiness Program.

Website scope

This static public website itself does not provide account registration or OTP validation. Separate MYCITY platform/app services may process account, merchant-offer and redemption information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

Merchant offers

Selected merchant offers may have eligibility conditions, expiry dates and redemption limits. Check the applicable offer terms with the participating merchant before redeeming.

Offer-redemption OTPs

An offer-redemption OTP is intended to verify the offer you personally selected. Its validity may be limited to 10 minutes. An OTP does not guarantee eligibility for an expired or unavailable offer.

Do not misuse OTPs, impersonate another customer or attempt an unauthorised redemption.
